Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of PropGolf (the “Service”), operated by Aimlitics LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in a U.S. jurisdiction where viewing sports analytics content is lawful. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the Service — and any betting activity you conduct on third-party sportsbooks based on information you find here — is legal where you are.

3. What PropGolf is — and what it isn't

PropGolf is an analytics product. We surface model-derived probabilities, edges, and historical context for golf prop markets. We do not place bets, accept wagers, or act as a sportsbook.

Nothing on the Service is betting advice, financial advice, or investment advice. All probabilities, edges, expected values, and signals are model outputs. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and any outcome you experience is your own. You alone are responsible for your betting decisions.

4. Caddie (AI assistant)

Caddie is an AI chat feature powered by a large language model. Its responses are generated from our data and the model's training, not from human experts. Caddie may produce incorrect or incomplete information. Treat its output as a research aid, not a recommendation, and verify anything material before acting on it.

5. Account and access

Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Daily Pass, Tournament Pass, Monthly, Annual) are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you selected and, for subscriptions, to renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page (which opens the Stripe billing portal).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, mirror, or resell any data, signals, or Caddie outputs from the Service;
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive our models from the outputs we display;
  • Share your account or access credentials with anyone else;
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm any person;
  • Use the Service in any jurisdiction or for any activity that is unlawful;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent any rate limits, abuse controls, or paywalls.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including the models, signals, UI, copy, branding, and Caddie's responses to the extent they incorporate our prompts and data — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Third-party data (e.g. DataGolf, sportsbook odds) is the property of its respective owners and is used under license or fair-use principles.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and uninterrupted availability. Live data depends on third-party feeds (DataGolf, TourCast, sportsbooks) and may be delayed, stale, or wrong.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, and our suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost wagers, lost data, or business interruption — arising from or relating to the Service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aimlitics LLC from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
