Refund Policy

Effective date: May 28, 2026

All sales are final

We do not offer refunds for Daily Passes, Tournament Passes, Monthly subscriptions, or Annual subscriptions. Access begins when your payment is processed and continues for the period you purchased.

Cancel any subscription, any time

You can cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription at any time from your Account page (which opens the Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Goodwill exceptions

If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend — for example, you meant to cancel and forgot, the renewal happened within the last 7 days, and you haven't made significant use of the Service since — email support@propgolf.app and we'll review it case-by-case as a courtesy. These exceptions are discretionary; there is no obligation to grant them.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback resolves automatically against us, blocks any direct resolution we could offer, and may result in your account being suspended.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
